Kompleks Arshad Ayub, which is to be built at Bulatan Bestari close to UiTM Shah Alam, will be another iconic landmark in the area. This complex is to honour Tun Arshad Ayub’s immense contribution towards the growth and development of UiTM. The force behind the transformation of what was then Maktab MARA into Institiut Teknologi MARA, and positioning it on a trajectory of growth to become Malaysia’s largest institution of higher learning, Tun remains steadfast in his pursuit of quality education.
Kompleks Arshad Ayub will be synonymous with exemplary leadership in education, embodying the spirit of Tun’s devotion to outstanding scholarship and academic excellence. I am proud of UiTM on the construction of Kompleks Arshad Ayub, a state-of-the-art building that commemorates its founder’s immense contribution particularly to UiTM and the nation’s education system. Tun Arshad Ayub - a name that is synonymous with UiTM, has brought the university to where it is now.
